In the end of 2014, Twine Health’s CEO Dr. John Moore, Chairman Frank Moss, and Scott Gilroy were to solve several challenges that threatened to control the widespread dissemination of its only -merchandise, Twine. Twine was a cloud-established platform that empowered patients to create and manage chronic disease treatment strategies along with their primary care suppliers and trainers that are specialized. Twine had enjoyed notable successes among early adopters and in early clinical trials.
Twine Health Case SolutionThe problems Twine’s direction team needed to address contained identifying clinical care providers willing to cover Twine, ensuring adoption and successful use by both patients and health care providers, adding abilities to support the managing of further chronic diseases, and seamlessly incorporating Twine using a customer organization’s electronic medical record (EMR) system and data technology (IT) infrastructure. The necessity to solve these issues had become more urgent from the time Twine was labelled as a finalist in Health Acceleration Challenge sponsored by Harvard Business School and Medical School.
