This case presents the perspective of a Chinese company, Zhejiang Tianlong Capsule Co. Ltd. (Dragons) and his experiences with the negative impact of the scandal sector. The April 15, 2012, China Central Television showed that several producers had illegally Ru’ao capsule gelatin industrial grade used for the production of medical capsules. It was found that the capsules containing excessive chrome harmful to human health.Tianlong heavy metals was not on the list of companies found guilty, but the scandal threatened to ruin the reputation of all the companies in the ‘ao Ru capsule. Most pharmaceutical companies immediately after Ru’ao avoid a scandal at the national level. Dragons manager must decide how to respond to customer concerns and maintain the good reputation of the dragons to be damaged by the current scandal. The director also has been hampered by the need for local governments to suspend production. Some materials had been melted gelatin; production suspension would result in a direct financial loss.
