The 2015 Data & Analytics Report by SAS and MIT Sloan Management Review finds that talent management is crucial to realizing advantages that are analytics. This fifth annual survey of analytics professionals and business executives, supervisors from organizations found across the world captured insights from 2,719 respondents.  It finds that organizations realizing the greatest benefits from analytics are also much more likely to really have a strategy for constructing their ability seat. That gift strategy contains (1) giving preference to people who have analytic skills when hiring and promoting, (2) acquiring analytic skills through proper training, and (3) incorporating new ability with more conventional data workers.
