The Metrics of Knowledge: Mechanisms for Preserving the Value of Managerial Knowledge Case Solution

In recent years there has been a dramatic increase in research and development? PART effective in scientific work organization, knowledge systems. Although many of these efforts have been directed toward making these systems more effective, a gap has developed between the need to preserve and safeguard knowledge management, and the bleeding continues in the same group of organizational knowledge. This article describes this gap and proposes a number of mechanisms (socialization, tutoring, mentoring and continuous reports) that can be used to reduce the loss of critical knowledge. Because knowledge is primarily a cognitive phenomenon, these mechanisms focus on knowledge sharing through the experience with less experienced managers. This article also recommends that these informal mechanisms largely absorbed by the organization to become an integral part of management modes of formal knowledge, in particular the system of institutional knowledge.
