Complete this short follow up the case, “The LEGO Group: Stepping into Asia” (HBS No. 113-054), and the result of scenario planning session in which managers analyze LEGO considered the risks of new strategy for Asia. Scenario planning exercise plays an important role in the realization of the managers that the group could not simply “copy and paste” from your current operating model of the diversity of the Asian markets. LEGO has invested significantly in Asia over 2012-2013 to adapt their playbook expected challenges.
