New business models such as software-as-a-service, giving customers the ability to pay based on their actual use of the software in place to cope with the high initial cost and technical complexity of the purchase and installation of software . Moreover, the applications of Web 2.0, the Web has become a platform for people to share and socialize. With offshoring and open source, all these changes are difficult traditional licensing model of the software industry.
