In February 2011, a powerful earthquake struck Christchurch, New Zealand, causing loss of life. He crossed a major sports franchise based in Christchurch, must plan the season, as their facility was seriously damaged and the season has already begun. The franchisee Board, administrators, coaches and players are facing this disaster and build morale in the community to decide what to do. The case refers to the process of decision-making and participatory nature of decisions about players and managers. The case focuses on the key role that leadership roles and the set of scenario planning emergency nature.
