The Pension Plan CPP Investment (CPPIB) was asked to deliver an opinion on the risk and return characteristics of a portfolio of all assets. The Council is to discuss the potential to invest in other assets, due to the possibility of an increase in the yields of long-term classes. The assets of the Canada Pension Plan has completely understand federal and provincial bonds and short-term securities.
