As the dynamic worldwide business environment persist to compel associations to be agile and adaptive, international business (IB) education pedagogy is altering. Building on preceding literature describing unaddressed stakeholder needs, as well as differences in IB pedagogy, we first use our institution-the United States Air Force Academy – as an example of IB program development. In analyzing the development of our program, we develop five questions which could provide insight seeing more generalizable IB pedagogy tendencies. To evaluate this potential generalizability, we investigate questions associated with the creation of our software using self- reported -accessible sites of the very best full time MBA programs throughout America. Our questions concentrate on the purpose of foreign languages, study abroad opportunities, capstone/thesis projects integrative courses, and faculty development. Our investigation suggests that these five questions are significant not only for pupils analyzing possible IB systems, but in addition for teachers developing future plans. Furthermore, our research analyzes a sixth question centered on the creation of program distinction and competitive placement in IB systems. We aspire to inspire future query into IB pedagogy, which might educate more powerful means of enhancing IB instruction.
