SEL was established by Mr. Ajith Kumar Rai (serving as its CEO), returned as a graduate of Canada. Anticipating a boom in the auto market of the country, Ajith has decided to establish a manufacturing unit from the car harness. The clarity of his vision convinced TVS Motors to invest in establishing engineering Suprajit as a small business unit in Bangalore, India one meter growing. Beginning in 1987 as a manufacturer of automotive cables Suprajit small scale is now a listed company, with some of the largest automobile manufacturers in the world as customers, products covering a wide range of auto parts and non-automotive and eight units production. This case tells the inspiring story of Suprajit Engineering Ltd, the event aims to highlight the reasons for success of Suprajit, and is intended to demonstrate strategies for fast growing entrepreneurial companies.
