We evaluated the impact of a supply chain pilot created in Hugo Boss. This pilot project has resulted in changes to the way in which Hugo Boss orders from its suppliers. We explore the challenge of assessing the impact of changes in the supply chain, the link between operational performance and business performance, and the relationship between sales, inventory, and product availability.
