Standards as a Strategic Tool in Implementing Economic Policy – Developing Singapores Oil Bunkering Industry Case Solution & Answer

In mid-1980, following the new guidelines of the national economic development policy of the Government of Singapore, the Singapore Port Authority (PSA) to establish a plan to create a theft of the oil industry where it does not exist before.
