SkillsForTomorrow: Management Team in Crisis Case Solution & Answer

A management consultant was hired to solve the problems of a branch of moral SkillsForTomorrow (SFT) in Pennsylvania, United States. SFT is a government-sponsored mission to help young adults at risk for vocational training to prepare them for success in one of the many racing organization fields, including automotive repair and machine construction, attention health and information technology. The program offers support to students beyond technical training, including the development of interpersonal skills, competencies and problem solving skills to carry out an effective job search and interview – all toward the goal of obtaining a diploma individuals who are ready to live independently and become productive citizens (and taxpayers). There are several factors that affect team morale SFT, some of which point directly to the sponsor of the consultation, the Executive Director of SFT management Harrisburg. The consultant must identify the root causes of the management of contention and get a solution that can help solve different problems. The consultant should take into account the political and interpersonal aspects of the consulting relationship between him and the Executive Director.
