Siemens Medical Solutions (SMS) offer innovative products and systems, clinical solutions and services for medical professionals. His latest project, a transformation of hospital records and digital processes, experienced significant delays that had damaged the relationship with the customer. Management believes that the problem is that the SMS did not use the right approach for the organization and process solutions marketing. Those responsible for the timely completion and successful executives project delivery must now agree on a different recommendation.
