The A and B case component (consisted of in both the Attendees’ Overview and the Facilitator’s Guide) sets the phase for the family sequence simulation. In an intimate and frank narrative design, users of the Levy family and their non-family Chief Executive Officer go over the future of their company. In the likeness, trainees take the function of one of these essential individuals, thinking about and going over other point of views on lifecycle, management and succession shift concerns that are usual to, however rarely dealt with by, all family organizations. By concentrating on personal narratives this case surpasses common tactical and monetary problems. The simulation promotes conversations around the character and management design of the starting business owner; lifecycle and business cycle shifts; psychodynamic concerns in family companies; and a family systems approach to business obstacles.
