Rock Health Case Solution & Answer

Rock Health is a nonprofit based in San Francisco that offers accelerator to stimulate innovation at the intersection of health and technology organization. The company was the creation of Halle Tecco (HBS ’11) and his classmate Nate Gross HBS (HBS ’11), which met early in his first year at HBS Health Club meeting and decided to conduct a study on the land a year who married their common interests in health care, technology and entrepreneurship. Rock Health has supported the health technology entrepreneurs with an initial grant of $ 20,000, office space and a wide range of professional support services. The teams of entrepreneurs who have participated in programs of health services ranging from based technologies promoted rock data have helped to manage stress on mobile devices that have attempted to diagnose as diverse as Alzheimer’s disease and medical conditions foot ulcers. The case was settled in August 2011 as Rock Energy completes its third group of entrepreneurs in a program and planning Boston its fourth class at the front desk. The case should enable students to identify new challenges, assess the funding model Rock Health, discuss the effectiveness of their service incubation and assess its long-term viability.
