Renault-Nissan Alliance (RNA) laid foundation of four overlap jobs in four vital functions (human resources, manufacturing and logistics, buying, and research and development).

The undertakings demanded Nissan, Renault and the two independent things, to improve cooperation and integration to reinforce economies of scale, so that you can better compete internationally in both developed and emerging markets, and therefore reduce prices.
