Investigates the relationships formed between consumers as well as the Peapod consumer-direct grocery delivery service, as revealed via an ethnographic study of Boston-place Peapod shoppers ran involving the summer of 1997 and the Fall of 1999.
Three representative case histories are brought to life using extensive quotations from these longitudinal interviews that were chosen. Shuts with brief vignettes describing the encounters of four added service users so that pupils can provide relationship forecasts using procedure insights derived in the in-depth case studies.
Relating to Peapod Case SolutionCollectively, the data driven exercises were created to deepen pupils’ comprehension of the development procedures qualifying consumer-company/brand interactions over time, toward the target of brand relationship performances that were sharper and more enlightened relationship marketing strategies.
