Since its merger Reckitt Benckiser (RB), a company of global consumer goods, led by CEO Bart Becht 1999 RB has developed a reputation for product innovation and quick profits margins leaders in the industry. RB stated strategy was to focus on their Powerbrands and categories for growth and feed Powerbrands innovation and deployment worldwide. The Powerbrands had years of double-digit growth at regular intervals during the year, attracted by high margins and a dedicated clientele usually trapped. This case examines the Powerbrands strategy, fast RB and devotion directed innovation and implementation of this strategy.
