Prospective Student Visits to the Darden School: Process Improvement B Case Solution

A member of the Admissions Committee of students was asked to make suggestions on how to improve the admissions process. Supported by his interest in the analysis of operations is intended to completely define the process and its perceived shortcomings before recommendations. The process flow with a map visually illustrates the process flow. To define concisely customer expectations (customers) and associated behaviors inherent in the process, using Lean Six Sigma SIPOC (Suppliers-Inputs-Process-Output clients) tool.
