An Indian company intends to create a Global Design Centre for Competition (GDCC) in India. The company has offered scented candles and gifts and holiday products, mainly for the U.S. market. Through its two U.S. subsidiaries, manufactures and sells its products to independent supermarkets and large U.S. retailers. Internal design capabilities also exist in the form of six teams across India and the United States. Thanks GDCC, the company aims to use Indian designers in collaboration with American designers to create products for the U.S. market.’s Case attracts students explore possible to implement strategies GDCC.
