February 2, 2012, the Supreme Court of India has canceled 122 seconds generation (2G) telecom licenses issued January 10, 2008, or after the Department of Telecommunications (DoT). This trial, with the announcement of the National Telecom Policy 2012, the DoT forced to rethink the issue of the price spectrum, which was previously provided with 2G licenses. First, it became necessary for auction? If so, what should be the minimum reserve price? If DoT pursue a strategy of uniform pricing for all holders, including those whose license has been canceled? How was I going to find a balance between apathy of investors and the government’s objective of increasing rural teledensity, given the possibility of a rate increase after the redevelopment of the spectrum?
