Sykue Bioenergya (Sykue) was established in April 2006 to build four 30 megawatt (MW) plant bioenergy in the province of Bahia, Brazil, 1500 km north of Sao Paulo. Conditions were perfect savannah Bahia grass for growing biomass elephant with a potential to generate substantial energy. In November 2010, the first factory was in line and power purchase agreements (PPA) was signed by 27 MW to 30 MW. Despite this success, however, the four years between design and implementation?
