Cargill, Inc., the, private agribusiness company, was one of the largest sellers of palm oil in the world. Since 2007, the company has been the target of the Action Network Rainforest (RAN), a nongovernmental organization (NGO) that promotes ecology. RAN pressure Cargill customers such as Nestlé demand for palm oil produced through sustainable agriculture. The palm oil producers have formed a watchdog of the industry called the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO). An announcement in September 2011 withdrawal of RSPO Indonesia Cargill justified response to fight the vehement protest of the RAN. CEO of Cargill had to come up with a plan of action to meet the requirements of air navigation.
