NoBull Burger, a new producer veggie burger made of Charlottesville, was at a critical crossroads in its growth. While the company has a number of problems, including marketing, distribution and cash flow problems, one of the main concerns was that sales were booming and NoBull was not sure if the current production could meet demand . NoBull necessary to examine that part of their business operations to determine their current ability to identify possible improvements to the current and future operation of the retail business needs NoBull. The analysis is a key first step in the ultimate goal NoBull expand nationally.
