In my experience, I have seen different cultures residing under different organizations.In anorganization I visited, I noticed the culture of openness and team work. Every employee whethersenior or junior shared information witheach other, and developed a team while doing a particular project.Under thisorganization, each employee uplifted the other employee, developing a strong senseof empowerment and team synergy.

In addition, the XYZ organization had no strict policy regarding time andofferedflexiblehours to employees to work at their own pace.Thisapproach increasedemployee motivationand made them own the projects, leading to high performance.

Lastly, under the particular organization, I analyzed that the management offered a clear acknowledgment of thehighperformingemployees. Though such acknowledgment enhanced employee morale, but also made other employees to improvise thuscreating a healthy competitive environment.

Also, in another organization in UAE, I observed the culture of rigidness and high informational silos.It had been due to the highhierarchy of the organization and top to down approach that made the lower level employees feel inferior to the high level manners……………
