In the highly competitive global marketplace, companies have increasingly turned to outsourcing. In fact, not only blue collar jobs are outsourced, but white collar jobs, too. Even marketing “window global customer base of the company,” feels subcontracting pressure. Take a look at the social implications of global marketing outsourcing and presents the results of a telephone survey of marketing executives in the United States and Canada. There are no U.S. companies to outsource marketing activities more frequently than Canadian companies, often at the expense of control and customer satisfaction.
