Marie Trellu-Kane at Unis-Cite (A) Case Solution & Answer

Marie-Trellu Kane is trying to decide how Unis-Cité must respond to the announcement by French President Jacques Chirac, in 2005 a new national volunteer program. Since 1994, its co-founders Trellu-Kane and they were creating and overseeing a civilian service program called Unis-Cité, including young people, especially immigrants disadvantaged volunteers from nine months of your time working on community projects. Headquartered in Paris, France, Unis-Cité has begun to spread to other areas. With the announcement that the government will provide funds to mobilize thousands of young volunteers, Trellu-Kane had to decide how Unis-Cité be developed.
