Given the tendency of growing company globalization, steps have been taken by management teams to better understand local company associates, consumers, and local governments.
Local queuing inclinations present supervisors with additional challenges and chances in international marketplaces. The world might be ‘flat,’ but it is not wise to think that all cultures perceive waiting and lines through the exact same lens. As argued herein, believes regarding waiting and management of queues flutter greatly; therefore, managers should adopt distinct policies and procedures when handling waiting lines across natural and cultural borders.
Considering queue advantages are offered by direction in an international circumstance. Acting locally and thinking internationally– –can prioritize and clarify choices that are significant any waiting line supervisor must make.
