Knowledge Management at the World Bank Case Solution & Answer

This case describes the history and evolution of knowledge management at the World Bank. Although primarily a financial institution offering personal loans and grants across a broad range of industries in more than 100 countries, the World Bank has become increasingly involved in the development, stockpiling and transfer of skills required by the project and its customers other developments.
