After the accident of Fukushima, the seventh fleet of US navy, Yokosuka’s Headquarter helped the Japanese government with 132 aircraft’s, 22 ship and more than 15,000 workforce.
The fleet’s logistic centre assisted in Japan’s recovery by providing ships and aircraft’s for the affected areas, along with volunteers and food supplies. In order to gain more command, the leader of the rescuing team should motivate his volunteers to provide help. He should also provide help to the victims and bring them out of fear, as this would lead them to a normal life and soon they would be recovered…………..
