May 30, 1787, the second day of the Convention, which was held in the State House of Pennsylvania, six States voted “yes” and “no” to the proposal to create a “national government consisting of a supreme legislative, executive and judicial. ” Right now, the delegates who had gathered simply to revise the Articles of Confederation agreed to abolish. Currently, James Madison won the title of Father of the Constitution, but n had not even submitted the proposal.
