Transformational leadership has become one of the most important to understand and influence the efficiency of employees approaches. Inherent in this approach is the belief that transformational leaders inspire employees to higher levels of motivation and performance. Recent data have shown that this effect is achieved with a management meaning of work for employees, but it is often difficult to know exactly how leaders can influence perceptions of work of its employees. Therefore, in this paper, the behavior and verbal key leaders can use to make positive changes in their employees is presented.
