InterfaceRAISE is a management consulting firm sustainable development designed to leverage the capabilities of its parent company Interface Inc., a carpet manufacturer recognized as a global leader in environmental sustainability of enterprises. This case illustrates the challenges of converting an internal capacity for an income stream with customers. This is made particularly difficult by the fact that the parent company is a manufacturing and InterfaceRAISE is a professional services firm (board). InterfaceRAISE is not a traditional business model advice, relying instead on the availability of part-time employees in the parent company.
