In this article University (USC) for international trade described in South Carolina and China (IBCE) Enterprise Program, an integrated 5-year initiative that combines a first major international business cycle and pre-experience Maestro 1 work year. The program envisages the creation of a group of students from two different institutions, located in two countries-USC and the Chinese University of Hong Kong who share a common experience of the first cycle different. Five major pedagogical approaches to leadership development are identified, and this method is applied to IBCE program. Detailed descriptions of the curriculum, required and optional courses and other degree requirements, in addition to the program objectives and underlying assumptions include. Challenge cohort program are considered, with particular emphasis on the selection of students.
