Hema Ravichandar, head of human resources, has received a new and aggressive step to achieve: ensuring Infosys is in the Top 10 lists of the most successful companies and best employers of 2007. No large organization has never been able to make this distinction because of the tension between the need to control operating costs and expenses for financial employee satisfaction. Ravichandar knew humiliating experiences of the past that Infosys made aware of the challenges ahead as it has grown from a small or a large company.
