The head of field design was leading another (second) trust group and falls in the trust network. Despite technical expertise and professional credibility the head of this trust, the group lacks managerial ability due to the creditability of the person outweighed.

Due to lack of managerial expertise, the management of the company has put the leader of the second trust group in the communication group. Due to the professional creditability, the head of field design was made responsible for reporting directly to CEO. In addition, he was also required to work with the specialized teams to solve the specialized problems.

As a team leader, that network to be assumed will be the advice and trust network. As the team leader have the responsibility to manage the group effectively in order to boost the morale of employees so that the work can be done effectively. As a team leader, the responsibility will include providing advice on technical aspects to the under employees as they mostly rely on the team leader in the advice group to get their job done by the assistance of their head. The team leader in the advice group would also require identifying the areas where conflicts aroused that could hinder the achievements of organizational objectives. In addition, the team leader in the advice network also responsible for assessing the need of change in the organizations so as to facilitate it in meetings its strategic objectives and goals. Moreover, in the trust network, the team leader would require listening to employees’ concerns and opinions in order to generate better ideas for the company to that could help it to compete. The trust network requires building the trust with fellow employees so that they could share the information and ideas openly for the betterment of the organization as a whole.

Steps:

However, the steps to form these networks involve identifying the roles and responsibilities of each individual in the group. Moreover, after defining the roles, the leader of the network groups required providing the information regarding the objectives and goals that have to achieve.  After that, the relationship of trust should be established so that the employees could openly express their views and opinion and could be encourage seeking the advice from the leaders. The last step in developing the networks group will be to assess the results that have received from these networks in order to evaluate the performance and effectiveness of the networks.

It is expected that my role in this Essay of Tom Harris who got his bachelor’s degree from the local university and then elected as a team member in the company. After spending eight years in the company he then promoted to team leader. But the Harris is lacking task force ability due to which his position is weak in trust group therefore it is expected that in future he wished to be strong in trust group also. But for that particular position and in order to take higher position he should enhance his other skills also which could lead Harris to higher position in the organization and could fall into the trust network too…………………..
