The case entitled ‘the Best Way To Execute Blue Ocean Strategy’ challenges participants to use key theories of blue ocean strategy execution to conquer essential organizational and management hurdles while directing a tactical shift. The new strategy, nevertheless, represented a substantial departure from the status quo, which led to resource, steep cognitive, inspirational, and political hurdles in the organization. Therefore, to execute the new strategy, BI executives had to beat these four critical hurdles. In spite of this challenge, the case shows that the management team of BI successfully executed at low cost and the strategy quickly using rational procedure and tipping point direction. The Board of Directors, really impressed with the new strategy and its successful execution of bI, is interested to learn the principles of tipping point direction and procedure that is reasonable and how these apply to organizations.
