Siddharth Kapoor, founder and CEO of H-Soft Mumbai reflected on his meeting as he left office in Mumbai VC Ventures. After several months of intense pitching their initial several different investors, it was finally a term sheet in hand. Despite this important step, Kapoor knew that was just the beginning of a long process of fundraising. It was only three days to return to Sharma and indicate whether you want to start the process of care. While he was familiar with some of the terms of venture capital investors put in their contracts, many others were completely foreign to him. What are the important words were?
