Siddharth Kapoor, founder and CEO of H-Soft Mumbai, reflected in his encounters as he left office in Mumbai VC Ventures. After several months of intense pitching their initial several different investors, it was finally a term sheet in hand. Despite this important step, Kapoor knew that was just the beginning of a long process of fundraising.
