Getting What We Wish For: The Realities Of Business Education For Global Economy Case Solution & Answer

Business schools worldwide have adopted globalization and, therefore, sought to attract foreign students to its programs. Teaching diverse groups of students has many advantages, but is not without problems, including cultural differences in academic self-efficacy expectations and students. The purpose of this article is to suggest that we can create plans and activities to help Asian students adapt more quickly to the needs of Western education. Experiences of Rotterdam Business School in collaboration with a diverse Asian population, mostly students, focusing on the strategies that can help them adapt to the expectations of business schools world class are described.
