The founder of a nonprofit organization that had a cross-country ball hockey tournament in support of Food Banks Canada should discuss the future of the organization with his team when it was in its third year of operation. The most important thing in his mind had doubts about the desirability of continuing the five holes for food, because he had run during the first two years – held exclusively on social media, run exclusively by volunteers and funded by donations sponsorship – or restructuring as a more formal organization, either independently or as part of the social responsibility of the company to a great company. The founder also faces serious difficulties in assembling and organizing teams and operations management: the organization has continued to grow, based solely on the work of volunteers who would become increasingly problematic. But he began to hire and pay people for their time, change the nature of the organic hole five for growing food? He also wondered if he should begin to formalize the structure of the organization, therefore, was less dependent on him as an individual. Five holes of food, which has raised more than 50,000 kilos of food in his first two seasons, could never go on without him at the helm?
