Evergreen Natural Markets is a successful food retailer found in the Rocky Mountain area of the U.S. Having grown through acquisition, it has a reputation for enhancing the businesses it purchases while keeping preceding direction. CEO Kathleen Norton wonders whether the model will stay successful outside the Evergreen foundation or if this latest acquisition will seriously examine her leadership abilities and, in particular, her capability to quickly convert the brand new chains’ supervisors, workers, and systems to the Evergreen manner.
