Incoming Vice President situ Suncor Energy faces problems of low performance to a new facility that uses innovative technology in place. This technology comes to tanks bitumen too deep for conventional mining practices to recover. Although less damaging to the environment than surface mining, in situ technology creates more emissions of greenhouse gases and sulfur dioxide, but these can be controlled with the new material is considered. Recently, the site has been under investigation for two counts of environment related to a missing piece of the pollution control equipment. The new Vice President to analyze the root causes of operational problems installing and develop a plan to provide operational excellence strategy of the parent company.
