This case describes a new business trying to provide corporate finance at an early stage in Finland and other Nordic countries. Entrepreneurship is booming in Finland, a region that has always been little venture capital or business start strong, but there is still a funding gap of initial phases. The founders of evaluating how best to structure their private equity funds to reflect their own resources and capabilities and the needs and resources of the business scene in the Nordic countries. The case considers whether to organize as an accelerator, a micro-VC fund, incubator, a normal risk capital funds, or as a hybrid.
