The social science literature and full disclosure of recommendations to improve the effectiveness of communication, commonly defined as the improvement in the clarity and impact of speech and writing. However, the management of internal processes of the organization and competitiveness in foreign markets often requires a different communication strategy specifically silence and nondisclosure, while respecting the laws. This paper summarizes the rationale forbids communication highlights the mitigation against the forces of the desired effects, and provides recommendations for the? PART successful implementation. The three main forces are against employee motivation and perception, changes in socio-cultural norms and organizational structures that reflect the virtual teams and project teams. The eight recommendations to combat these forces are encompassed in one of two categories: the creation of a positive organizational culture prohibition and enforcement of prohibitions with minimal resistance from employees. In summary, the employees responsible for the confidentiality and respect for the prohibition of non-disclosure must see these reasonable restrictions, justified, fair and legal.
