Organizational Leadership Competencies
Leadership competencies are the leadership skills and the behaviors that have been contributing to the superior performance. Along with this, by using an approach which is competency based to the leadership, different organizations can help in identifying and developing their next generation of leaders. The major leadership competency and the global competency have been defined by the majority of researchers (Hackman, M. 2009).
Moreover, the future or the forecasted business strategy and trends have been helping in driving the development of the new and innovative leadership competencies. It is a fact, that the leadership competencies are a major induction to all the firms and all the organizations which help in defining that the leadership attributes are distinctive to the particular organization which has been creating competitive strategies.

The organizational leadership competencies consist of three levels which include the strategic knowledge which is the level three. The organizational leadership a competency helps in developing the strategies that help in communicating and interacting with others. The five types of dysfunctional leaders are the Compulsive Leader, the Narcissistic Leader, the Paranoid Leader, the Co-Dependent Leader and the Passive Aggressive Leader. These strategies which can help in interpreting and the individual lead plan includes the experimental learning which has been concentrating on the four formulated strategies which are concrete experience, the observations and the reflections, the forming abstract concept and the testing of new substitutes (Hackman, M. 2009). Then comes the self-efficiencywhich is then followed by the visioning and the attitude. Over here, the basic plan is to ensure that the personal leadership program is well directed and well elaborated.
The third level also explains the future of organizational leadership. Over here, the course basically helps in developing and transforming the leaders for tomorrow who can actually come over and take the responsibility of heading the organizations. Level Two (Procedural Knowledge)
The level two is the procedural knowledge.
