In response to the crisis in Gaza in 2008/9, the global logistics company Aramex decided to use their knowledge as a basis for humanitarian aid campaign and deliver the donated items to people in need. Therefore, Aramex had to quickly develop a proper communication strategy for donations select collection points, clear the goods, pack them in stores Aramex, and finally, find out how to send them to Gaza. To ensure that the gifts have reached their destination, Aramex in cooperation with the Hashemite Charity Organization Jordanian (JHCO) Jordan and Red Crescent UAE.
