Within a decade, the Danish manufacturer of health care Coloplast has undergone a major transformation from a local Danish manufacturing company of a multinational. In 2001, Coloplast has spent his entire house with three production plants in Denmark. Ten years later, the company moved about 90 percent of production from four different countries, mostly in Hungary and China. However, a change of this size rarely reach easily.
