Challenge for Multinational Corporations in China: Think Local Act Global Case Solution & Answer

Instead of multinational enterprises (MNEs) in China has changed rapidly since the 1970s. No longer expected to bring money and management experience in China, argues that multinationals have taken on a new role of teachers and models. However, recent high-level errors, including McDonald’s Corp.
